On behalf of POLCARE, we are grateful to the Community Partners whose substantial supports make our mission possible.

about POL CARE

We are a team of like-minded individuals working together to reach out, serve, and provide services to assist children from birth to 18 years of age including their families whenever, wherever, and however we can. We will also include the homeless, and any neighbors living and surviving on the streets. Our goal is to support and provide them with a helping hand to be able to accomplish their mission in life, regardless of race, color, and ethnicity.
